- Prepare quarterly investor reporting and assist with fund accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Support deal closings by coordinating accounting, documentation, and operational processes.
- Communicate with portfolio companies to collect, review, and organize financial information.
- Assist with fund operations, reconciliations, and special projects to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, legal, investor relations, and investment teams to support day-to-day fund activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 1–3 years of accounting or fund accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
- Private equity, investment management, or financial services experience is a plus
