Brilliant® is seeking a detail‑oriented Construction Controller to oversee the financial and accounting operations for a small $75M client portfolio in Chicago. You will manage daily books, job costing, cash flow, and financial reporting.
You will lead a team of 3 across locations, collaborate with unions and project managers on labor and budgets, review cost-to-complete and invoices, and prepare WIP schedules, month-end and year-end statements.
