Sr Finance and Accounting Manager

Love tech and ready to roll up your sleeves? We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Accounting Professional to own our high‑growth technology client's monthly close, global consolidations, and SEC/10Q reporting.

If you are a CPA with Big 4 public accounting experience and a background in product/tech companies—and you prefer doing the work over just delegating it—this is your chance to manage complex technical accounting and acquisition integrations.

Salary: $65–$75 per hour.

Shift: First.

Work hours:

8 AM – 4 PM.

Education:

Bachelors.

• CPA (required)
• Experience working for Product or Tech companies
• Public accounting experience (preferably with a Big 4 firm)
• Excellent experience in:
  • Monthly financial close processes
  • Global consolidations
• Financial statement preparation:
  • Monthly close
  • Reporting schedules
  • Earnings
  • Scripts
  • SEC/10Q reporting
  • Annual reporting
  • Consolidations
  • Acquisition Integration Accounting
  • Work Paper Review
• Technical Accounting
• Experience working for a Product or Tech company:
  • Prefers staying away from financial services candidates
• Hands‑on (roll‑up the sleeves) type of person. Do not want a directing or delegating type of candidate
