Position Title
Accounts Payable Analyst Contractor
LocationChicago, IL (Hybrid, Wednesday & Thursday in office)
Compensation$30.00-$35.00 / Per hour
Work ScheduleMonday–Friday

Responsibilities- Reviews and authorizes payment of company invoices and expense reports.
- Closes expense report batches and extracts invoices processed at day end.
- Uploads files and enters new vendors and ACH information into system.
- Ensures timely entry of invoices and reports in the system.
- Calculates accruals for both invoices and expense reports and maintains AP accrual account.
- Re-classes expenses from the pre-paid account to the expense side.
- Other duties as assigned.
- ERP:
Concur and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) – both are a must have - Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Three years’ experience providing accounts receivable, accounts payable or similar accounting support functions.
- Experience with the use of Microsoft Excel and report creation.
