Chicago Loop | Hybrid Schedule | 3 Days in Office
Our client is a highly respected investment platform with a sophisticated, growing finance and accounting team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced fund accounting professional who wants to join a stable, high-performing organization with excellent leadership, strong benefits, meaningful flexibility, and a clear runway for continued career growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical accounting, fund operations, investor reporting, process improvement, and leadership exposure.
The company has an impressive track record of growth, low turnover, and a collaborative culture where employees are supported, challenged, and given the opportunity to build long‑term careers. The team values excellence, but also understands the importance of balance, flexibility, and a sustainable work environment.
The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the Chicago Loop office and the balance remote. It is a great fit for someone who wants the energy and collaboration of an in‑office team without giving up work‑life balance.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
This is not a narrow accounting seat. This person will own meaningful fund accounting and reporting responsibilities, work closely with senior leadership, interact with key internal teams, and help support new fund launches, investor reporting, audits, capital activity, and process improvements.
There is also strong upward mobility. For the right person, this role can grow into broader leadership responsibilities and may offer a path toward Controller‑level opportunities over time. The company is known for investing in its people, promoting from within, and creating long‑term career paths for high performers.
