Accounting Senior Specialist

Overview

This role ensures accuracy of customer billing, processes vendor invoice payments, and delivers excellent customer service to internal and external partners while maintaining internal control environment.

• Process customer payments: manage daily checks, wires, and ACH remittances; assist customers in timely invoice payments.
• Handle accounts receivable: serve as subject matter expert, maintain customer accounts receivable banking data, and perform financial analysis of invoices and billing data.
• Support accounts payable: process invoices promptly, review vendor payment documentation before release, and act as subject matter expert.
• Assist with audits: support internal and external auditors on accounts receivable related requests.
• Maintain customer accounts: manage receivable banking data for customer accounts.
• Conduct financial analysis: perform first‑level analysis of receivable invoices and customer billing data for business owners and senior management.

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in a similar environment.
• Experience working with a financial database such as Workday.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced ability to perform first‑level financial analysis and work with data for an extended period.

Salary range: $53,895.10 to $71,170.00. Additional annual bonus incentive pay subject to company discretion. Comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, 11 holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, lifestyle spending account, and other benefits.
