Senior Associate - R&D Tax Credits

• Assist FTS leaders with the delivery of research and development (R&D) tax credit studies for various industries.
• Willingness to develop a deep understanding of various industries including Manufacturing, Agriculture, Construction, Healthcare and Technology.
• Demonstrated success in a business environment.
• Assist managers, directors, and principals with client consultations, technical interviews, calculation review, site visits, and report development.
• Mentor associates and other team members on their inspired career.
• Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience required
• Experience in business services or consulting preferred
• Eligible to sit for the CPA preferred

• The compensation range for this position in California is: $87,000.00 - $
• The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $74,000.00 - $
• The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is: $87,000.00 - $
• The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $74,000.00 - $
• The compensation range for this position in New York is: $96,000.00 - $
• The compensation range for this position in Virginia is: $93,000.00 - $
• The compensation range for this position in Washington is: $80,000.00 - $
