Perform nightly end-of-day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy and balancing credit card postings to the computer system;
Maintain computer database integrity daily and auditing of master bills;
Prepare all computer systems for the following day and ensure timely backup of files/tapes;
Prepare, balance, post, and distribute all necessary reports on a daily basis;
Interact with guests and other departments professionally to provide genuine hospitality and 100% guest satisfaction
