role & responsibilities
- day to day accounts, eway bill, accounts reconcillation, accounts finalisation, stock audit, gst computation and filling, vendor vill processing, banking & etc.
- excellent knowledge of construction cost accounting and related financial procedures.
- performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders.
- keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.
- cash vouchers preparation, bank reconciliation, vendor account reconciliation, tds deposit, banking works, taxation
- preparation of vouchers & ensuring regular entries in erp software.
- generation of monthly/daily mis.
