Supervisor – Commercial Tax Services

• Prepare and review tax returns, extensions, and projections for C-Corporation, S-Corporation, partnership, and individual clients
• Apply federal and state tax law
• Perform tax research to resolve issues
• Maintain frequent client contact and manage day-to-day client relationship issues
• Communicate engagement needs and client needs effectively
• Proactively ensure the Manager, Director, or Partner is apprised of issues
• Train, develop, and mentor junior staff
• Build an internal and external network
• Participate in firm business development opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a mid-size public accounting firm
• CPA preferred
• Advanced knowledge of federal and state tax laws, including corporate, individual, and partnership taxation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client service skills
• Highly motivated and able to work individually and in team settings
• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Knowledge of CCH Axcess, Sureprep, XCM, and Caseware is a plus

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of federal and state tax laws, including corporate, individual, and partnership taxation, while effectively managing client relationships and mentoring junior staff. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
