Key Responsibilities- Own the monthly close process and general ledger accuracy
- Own WIP reporting, revenue recognition, job costing, and billing
- Oversee client billing and lien waiver compliance
- Process biweekly and weekly union payroll; ensure compliance with filings
- Own cash flow visibility, A/R trends, and covenant compliance
- Supervise and mentor Project Accountant(s)
- Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvement
