Senior Accountant
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000 plus bonus, and it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance.
Position SummaryThe Senior Accountant is responsible for general ledger accounting; including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheets and income statement accounts and bank reconciliations. The Senior Accountant will also prepare tax work papers and assist with the annual tax return filing process.
Responsibilities- Prepare journal entries and assist with maintenance of general ledgers.
- Process account receivables and account payables.
- Process capital calls and distributions.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial statements and quarterly reports.
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Prepare tax work papers (i.e. fiduciary, partnership, S-Corps., etc.) and assist with the annual tax return filing process.
- Prepare schedules and provide support for external audits.
- Assist with special projects assigned by management.
- Collaborate with accounting team to meet company objectives.
