Associate I – Payroll (Payroll Tax)

We need candidates specializing in backend payroll or post-payroll processing. This position is looking for candidates with strong payroll tax processing experience.

• Previous experience working with state agencies.
• Experience handling tax notices.
• Experience working with tax providers.
• Experience with Power of Attorney (POA) and third-party authorizations.
• Multi-state payroll tax experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.

High School Diploma. Minimum 2–3 years of payroll tax experience.

Solid foundation in payroll taxes, including Federal, State, and FICA taxes. Payroll tax filing experience. Payroll processing experience. Project and testing experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail.
