Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant – Corporate Accounting is responsible for overseeing fixed asset accounting and ensuring compliance with all related processes, controls, and accounting policies. This role serves as the subject matter expert for fixed assets across the organization, ensuring accuracy in capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reporting. In addition, this position supports key transactional accounting activities, including daily and weekly cash postings, intercompany journal entries, expense allocations, and other recurring accounting functions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or corporate accounting).
• Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting and depreciation methodologies.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliations and month-end close processes.
• Understanding of internal controls and policy compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Additional Information

Hiring Range:
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $95,700.00. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
