Senior Accountant
Our client, a publicly held corporation in Downtown, Chicago is searching for a Senior Accountant to join their team.
This position will primarily focus on the preparation and review of the SEC reporting (10K, 10Q and 8K), technical accounting research, business process improvements, intercompany transaction and eliminations, assist with external audit coordination and conduct special projects as needed.
The qualified candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA or parts passed
- Minimum 3 years related experience either directly from a public accounting firm or a mix of public accounting and corporate accounting experience
- Desire to grow into a leadership role
- Excellent communication and presentation
