Target Compensation for the Property Accountant:
$70,000 - $95,000
Key Responsibilities for the Property Accountant:
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Maintain balance sheet schedules and supporting documentation
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial analysis
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
Qualifications for the Property Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems
