• Expand your expertise in property accounting, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, loan compliance, and financial reporting

• Build experience across both real estate and operating businesses, including hospitality and shared office entities

• Develop advanced Yardi and real estate accounting skills within a sophisticated ownership environment

• Play a key role in annual budgeting, lender reporting, and owner financial reporting processes

• Maintain general ledger accounting for office, retail, and multifamily properties

• Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and lender/owner reporting packages

• Complete CAM and real estate tax reconciliations

• Support monthly close, account reconciliations, and cash management activities

• Manage tenant lease setup review, utility billings, and tenant chargeback processes

• Assist with annual property budgets, loan compliance, and tenant improvement draw administration

• 2-5 years of accounting experience within commercial real estate

• Knowledge of GAAP and tax accounting principles

• Experience with Yardi and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
