The Accounting Manager, Global Consolidations is critical to consolidating the global results of Kraft Heinz on a monthly basis and assisting in preparing quarterly and annual SEC financial disclosures. This is a high-visibility role, which requires coordinating the flow of information from multiple business units located worldwide to the various global finance teams and upper management. In this role, you will work with an experienced team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Additionally, this role will play a critical role in other significant projects, including a global financial system transformation, as well as assisting with acquisitions, divestitures, new accounting policies and standard updates, and training initiatives.
Managing the consolidation team processes through monthly close of global financials, involving intercompany transaction review and resolution, detailed review of consolidated financials, cash flow reporting, and presentation and explanation of results to upper management
Review of updates and changes to the global consolidation and reporting tool, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
Preparation and review SEC financial filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs
Collaborating across our global organization to develop financial information and analysis supporting internal and external reporting needs
Review, resolution, and application of technical accounting issues
Evaluating the impacts of new accounting and reporting rules and leading implementation
Working with external auditors
Managing special projects related to financial reporting or new/developing accounting topics, M&A activity, accounting system updates, as required
Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience, managerial experience preferred
Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience required
Considerable public accounting experience, with an emphasis in SEC engagements
Strong work-ethic and communication skills (written and verbal), with a drive to learn
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills
Ability to work efficiently and achieve results, while maintaining a high quality of work
Excellent analytical, teamwork, and leadership skills

Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
