International Billing & Payroll Coordinator

Our international payroll/recruitment firm is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented individual to join the team. This is an office-based role in Lakeview, Chicago (OFFICE ROLE)

Reporting to the International Business Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Working with Quick Books software (training provided) for client invoicing and billing.
• Supporting the Bookkeeper and international accounting teams.
• Co-ordinating and communicating with our global offices regarding international payroll and benefits.
• Creating invoices, light bookkeeping, AP and AR, and working with clients.
• Supporting in creating pricing proposals, invoicing, and month-end closing reports.
• Providing ad hoc general administrative support to the team.

• Undergraduate degree, ideally in Business (accounting a plus).
• 2- 5 years of experience working in an accounting or payroll department in a customer service-oriented environment ( B2B).
• Light bookkeeping support and interested in learning international payroll.
• Previous experience working in an international environment with personal international travel exposure is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Word, PowerPoint, combined with strong Excel and quantitative skills are mandatory.
