Senior Tax Manager

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Compensation: $160,000–$175,000 + Bonus

A growing organization in the Chicago area is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join its global accounting and finance team. The Senior Tax Manager will play a key role in managing tax processes, supporting compliance initiatives, and providing guidance on complex tax matters. • Manage corporate tax compliance processes, including federal, state, and local filings
• Support tax provision preparation and reporting, including ASC 740 requirements
• Review tax calculations, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Partner with external advisors on tax planning, compliance, and special projects
• Research and analyze technical tax issues and provide recommendations
• Assist with process improvements and enhance tax reporting procedures

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience
• Previous public accounting experience preferred
• Experience owning ASC 740 tax provision accounting
• Strong understanding of corporate tax compliance and reportingt
