Director Accounting and Reimbursement

HCT seeks an experienced financial leader to serve as the Interim Director of Accounting & Reimbursement for a 200+ bed hospital in Illinois. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Directing the day-to-day financial operations of the hospital including all Accounting, General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Third Party Reimbursement, and Treasury functions.
• Perform journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet preparation, and other general accounting functions.
• Coordinating year-end audit by Independent Auditors.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field. MBA Preferred.
• Experience:
  
  5 to 7 years of management experience. Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare consulting environment.
• Certifications:
  
  CPA preferred, not required
• Systems:
  Epic, Infor Lawson, Service Now, Workday

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.
