Accounts Payable Specialist
📍 Onsite | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a high-volume hospitality accounting team supporting multiple hotel properties. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable reviewing large volumes of invoices in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Specialist- Review and audit 300-400+ invoices daily across multiple properties
- Verify vendor information, invoice coding, property allocations, and payment details
- Ensure invoice data processed through an AI-based platform is accurate and complete
- Assist with ACH, credit card, and check payment processing
- Support month-end close activities and invoice workflow management
- Maintain accuracy while meeting strict processing deadlines
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience handling high-volume invoice processing and review
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with accounting systems and AP workflows
- Basic Excel skills
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems
- Experience working with automated invoice processing platforms
⭐ Hotel/Hospitality accounting experience is REQUIRED.
