We’re partnering with a well-established company to hire an Accounting Manager, this is a high-impact role with visibility across global finance and capital projects.

Position Highlights:

Lead fixed asset and lease accounting processes across a global footprint
Oversee accounting for construction and real estate improvement projects
Act as process owner for capitalization, reporting, and compliance
Ensure SOX/internal control readiness and coordinate audit support
Serve as a key liaison to global project managers and facilities teams
Manage and mentor a team of four (U.S. and international staff)
Report directly to senior finance leadership
Drive process improvements and cross-regional standardization
Collaborate with teams globally

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred
5+ years of total accounting experience, including 3+ years in fixed asset/lease accounting
Background in large, complex, multi-entity/global environments
Strong GAAP knowledge and experience supporting audits
Oracle Fixed Assets and Project module experience preferred
Proven ability to lead, implement change, and work cross-functionally
