• Assist department with keeping AP aging up to date and responding to supplier statement.
• Assist department on AR collections while also reconciling short pays.
• Applying credits/debits correctly to both the AP and AR side of each transaction.
• Assist department in pulling daily payable invoices

• High School Diploma required
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail within daily work assignment
• Ability to review electronic information and compare against a hard copy and reconcile accordingly
• Microsoft Office (Strong Excel Skills Preferred)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• 1-2 years of related professional experience (AP/AR, Administrative)
• Ability to achieve goals independently and in a team environment
• Ability to be resilient in a high-energy, fast-paced, and competitive setting
• Ability to effectively communicate via phone and e-mail
