Salary: $80,000-$95,000

- Exposure to budgeting, loan compliance, cash management, joint ventures, and real estate operations
- Maintain general ledger accounting for a portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties
- Prepare financial statements, lender reporting packages, and owner reporting schedules
- Participate in monthly close processes, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Assist with annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and real estate tax reconciliations
- Support cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and cash forecasting
- Manage lease administration within Yardi and coordinate tenant improvement draw processes
- 2-5 years of accounting experience within commercial real estate
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax accounting principles
- Experience with Yardi and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- CPA or active progress toward CPA certification preferred
