Role:
Sr. Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting, leading the preparation, review, and governance of the company's SEC filings and technical accounting analyses.
- oversee quarterly and annual reports (Forms 10-Q/10-K), current reports (8-K), earnings materials, and SOX controls
- ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
- lead technical accounting assessments for complex transactions
- maintain and enhance disclosure frameworks
- support investor relations and audit processes
- drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 10-12 years of experience in public accounting and/or public company reporting
- strong knowledge of SEC rules, U.S. GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley
- experience with biotech, pharma, or regulated industries is advantageous
- proficiency with ERP and disclosure management systems
- excellent technical writing, analytical, and leadership skills
experience preparing SEC filings for biotech or pharma companies, complex accounting analyses, SOX controls, automation projects.
