GGP is seeking a Property Accountant to accurately record property-level financials in accordance with GAAP and company policies. You will prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analyses to support property operations and work with property teams and corporate finance.
This role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 2+ years in accounting, experience with JD Edwards or Yardi, and strong Excel skills. CPA candidate is a plus.
