We are the leading third-party administrator (TPA) for federal workers' compensation in the United States. PositionOperations Support Specialist
Primary ResponsibilityProvide administrative and clerical support for CCSI’s operations, with a primary focus on setting up new claims, supporting DBA (Defense Base Act) clients and adjusting staff, and assisting with mailroom and receptionist functions.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Create and set up new claims for Defense Based Act clients in accordance with established procedures.
- Manage and maintain the Defense Based Act Client Portal to ensure timely claim filing, maintain accurate information and setup processes.
- Scan, index, and upload claim documentation into Image Right to support Defense Based Act and additional client needs.
- Provide ongoing clerical and administrative support to Defense Based Act claims staff.
- Participate in special projects and assume re-assigned duties based on operational demands.
- Serve as backup support for clerical and mailroom operations during absences or periods of increased volume.

Required Qualifications- Associate s degree or some college coursework
- 1-3 years of office experience
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous experience in Workers’ Compensation claims
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in an environment where confidentiality is essential.
- Computer skills include fast, accurate data and basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, along with a professional demeanor.
