Support the Manager and team through professional coordination and administrative expertise, while becoming the go-to support for employees during off-shift hour, helping with training access, system support, and ensuring smooth administrative coverage for freighter and cargo operations.

Tasks

The Administrative Agent is responsible for:

* Performs general administration and secretarial duties

* Supports Manager, Team and Project groups

* Prepares presentations

* Handles all travel related needs

* Plans and organizes meetings

* Updates and maintains employee secure access cards

* Administers time cards

* Establishes, maintains and evaluates statistical data

* Manages systems access and governor

* Controls training needs

* Keeps Training records

* Manages badge needs and appointments

* Controls and manages IT and IM related services and requests

* Checks supplier´s invoice, approve supplier´s invoice for payment

* Interaction with our 3rd party vendor will be part of the role of this position

* Takeover of additional tasks when required

Requirements

Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements:

* High school diploma/GED required

* Bachelor's degree desirable

* 2 - 3 years in previous administrative roles

* Experience in airfreight handling and operations is preferred

* Fluency in English required

* General Administrative Tasks and organizational skills required

* MS Office Platform software as user

* Hybrid Model (Remotely & on-site)

* Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.

* CV/Resume required

* Company will not provide relocation assistance
