Overview
Position: HR Coordinator
Duration: 8 Months+
Location:
Remote
- Assisting with Managing and Scheduling Fingerprinting appointments between third parties and internal teams like Physical Security.
- Manage Professional Services Inbox and be the first point of contact for all inquiries.
- Assisting the team with onboarding of contingent workers within our VMS tool.
- Assist with team weekly meetings and gathering topics and reviewing MIRO boards for prioritization statuses with each vendor to ensure all outstanding tasks and deadlines were met.
- Manage weekly compliance reporting and distribute to associated team members for completion.
- Manage overdue equipment process reporting to vendors and team members.
- Working closely with vendors & team members to complete ad hoc projects on a weekly basis.
- 1-2 years of working experience in HR and/or procurement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multitask, ability to standardize and streamline processes.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to critical think, work independently and execute.
