- The average starting rate for this position will fall in the range of $18 and $20 hourly. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level.
- Coordinate the One Summer Chicago program including all administrative functions.
- Maintain attendance records for OSC Summer Youth Employment Workers in Cityspan system.
- Ensure accuracy of time management for OSC Youth Workers in Ulti Pro.
- Manage document collection, filing, and reporting; create records/files for all OSC participants.
- Provide support to program staff as needed.
- Approve and submit time registers for all OSC participants to payroll.
- Reconcile Ulti Pro time registers with Cityspan data entry.
- Assign, distribute, record, and collect all OSC equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse staff and service populations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
- One year of administrative experience including automated systems, required.
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Satisfactorily pass all relevant screening and criminal background checks.
- Driving for work required with personally owned vehicle. Travel between sites not required.
Employee may sit and stand for extended periods and must be able to talk, hear, use hands to operate objects, and occasionally bend, stretch, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Visual acuity is required for data preparation, transcription, and computer use.
