Overview
We are a growing payroll company located in the Northwest Suburbs seeking a detail oriented and organized Payroll Administrator Assistant to work 30-40 hours a week in a fast-paced growing environment.
Responsibilities- Set-up, process and review client payrolls
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports
- Respond to client inquiries
- Manage inventory and administrative projects for the office
- Additional working hours are expected at the start and end of each quarter, especially December and January.
- 3+ years payroll experience
- Detail oriented and love numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Familiarity with basic payroll laws is strongly desired
