We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Manager to join our client working on Data center projects. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless coordination of schedules, resources, and operations to maintain the efficiency and reliability of our data center services. Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive schedules for data center operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and IT, to align schedules with project goals and operational requirements.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to address changes in priorities, resource availability, or unforeseen challenges.
- Analyze scheduling data to identify potential conflicts or inefficiencies and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of schedules, deadlines, and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities and provide regular updates to management.
- Support the development and implementation of scheduling tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in scheduling, project management, or operations management, preferably in a data center or technology-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with data center operations or IT infrastructure is a plus.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for data center operations.
- Conduct regular meetings with team leads to review schedules, address concerns, and ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Monitor ongoing activities to ensure adherence to schedules and promptly address any deviations.
- Generate reports and provide insights on scheduling performance and resource utilization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and adjustments.
- Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
