Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executive
Our client, a top financial services firm, is seeking to add an EA with expertise supporting executives within industry (private equity / financial services) to support the CEO in Washington, DC. This person will play a pivotal role in partnership support, and will focus on solving complex problems, driving pragmatic solutions, and creating value while supporting a top senior executive.

Responsibilities:- Manage calendar, travel, and daily scheduling for C-suite executive to include private air travel
- Handle expense reporting and processing
- Manage client expectations, project deliverables, and deadlines as the mouthpiece for the C suite
- Manage general office and facilities support
- Participate in firm-building activities, including training, mentoring of junior staff, and event planning where needed
- Must be willing to come into our location office 5 days a week
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5 plus years as an executive assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent written and presentation skills
