  • Comfortable working with and engaging senior leaders, clients, vendors, and cross‑functional teams, with a clear understanding of professional representation and thoughtful interactions.
  • Brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a calm, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Approaches work with ownership, follow‑through, positive energy, and a collaborative spirit from start to finish.

    • Office culture events and milestones
  • Lead events end‑to‑end: project management, planning, website development, communications, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, on‑site execution, and post‑event wrap‑up
  • Ensure every event reflects the agency’s brand, values, and standards for client engagement and representation
  • Anticipate risks, manage timelines, and solve problems in real time with confidence and calm

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with internal leaders, executives, facilities, IT, finance, and external vendors
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage multiple work streams and priorities across teams, offices, and time zones

Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Track timelines, budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
