What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be a key partner to both our internal team and our clients by providing high-level clerical and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting polished emails and correspondence for all levels of an organization
  • Managing calendars, meetings, and day-to-day administrative tasks proactively
  • Creating, editing, printing, and binding documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing/overnight shipments
  • Managing office and cafe supply inventory
  • Acting as the point-of-contact with the office of the building to coordinate visitor access and service needs
  • Providing backup reception services
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

    Discretion and sound judgement in confidential situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work occasional overtime when needed
