What You'll DoAs an Administrative Assistant, you'll be a key partner to both our internal team and our clients by providing high-level clerical and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting polished emails and correspondence for all levels of an organization
- Managing calendars, meetings, and day-to-day administrative tasks proactively
- Creating, editing, printing, and binding documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing/overnight shipments
- Managing office and cafe supply inventory
- Acting as the point-of-contact with the office of the building to coordinate visitor access and service needs
- Providing backup reception services
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Discretion and sound judgement in confidential situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work occasional overtime when needed
