Overview
Join our team as an Experience Services Ambassador and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences. This position combines hospitality expertise with operational excellence to support our workplace experience initiatives. You'll manage high-profile meetings, oversee employee amenity services, and ensure seamless daily operations while enhancing the overall workplace experience for employees, clients, and guests through proactive communication and high-touch hospitality focused service.
Whatyour day-to-day will look like
- Provide warm, professional welcome to all guests, operating main switchboard, answering calls, and maintaining accurate visitor records
- Serve as primary point of contact for conference center clients, maintaining exceptional relationships and providing timely responses to all requests
- Coordinate and set up catering and beverage services for meetings and events
- Maintain meeting spaces in pristine, ready-to-use condition upholding JLL expectations and standards
- Oversee employee amenity kitchens ensuring daily operations meet high standards, stocking pantry supplies, and ordering kitchen supplies
- Handle administrative support for meetings, including preparing cost quotes and responding to inquiries
- Collaborate with vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure seamless execution with minimal disruption while supporting other departments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Serve Safe Food Handler Certification (must obtain within 60 days if not already certified)
- 1-3 years of experience in food service industry, hospitality, events, property management, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff and clients
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with proven track record of initiative, integrity, and good judgment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods with general mobility throughout office facilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business administration, or related field
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous conference center or corporate events experience with understanding of meeting logistics and coordination
- Experience with senior executive meeting coordination and high-stakes event management
- Knowledge of food service operations and inventory management practices
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments with competing priorities
- Familiarity with workplace experience initiatives and Return to Office support programs
