Position: Experience Services Ambassador

Overview

Join our team as an Experience Services Ambassador and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences. This position combines hospitality expertise with operational excellence to support our workplace experience initiatives. You'll manage high-profile meetings, oversee employee amenity services, and ensure seamless daily operations while enhancing the overall workplace experience for employees, clients, and guests through proactive communication and high-touch hospitality focused service.

What

your day-to-day will look like
  • Provide warm, professional welcome to all guests, operating main switchboard, answering calls, and maintaining accurate visitor records
  • Serve as primary point of contact for conference center clients, maintaining exceptional relationships and providing timely responses to all requests
  • Coordinate and set up catering and beverage services for meetings and events
  • Maintain meeting spaces in pristine, ready-to-use condition upholding JLL expectations and standards
  • Oversee employee amenity kitchens ensuring daily operations meet high standards, stocking pantry supplies, and ordering kitchen supplies
  • Handle administrative support for meetings, including preparing cost quotes and responding to inquiries
  • Collaborate with vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure seamless execution with minimal disruption while supporting other departments
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Serve Safe Food Handler Certification (must obtain within 60 days if not already certified)
  • 1-3 years of experience in food service industry, hospitality, events, property management, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff and clients
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with proven track record of initiative, integrity, and good judgment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods with general mobility throughout office facilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business administration, or related field
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous conference center or corporate events experience with understanding of meeting logistics and coordination
  • Experience with senior executive meeting coordination and high-stakes event management
  • Knowledge of food service operations and inventory management practices
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments with competing priorities
  • Familiarity with workplace experience initiatives and Return to Office support programs
