Job SummaryThe Site Leader is responsible for leading the day‑to‑day operations of a small onsite managed services location (up to a 2‑person site). This role combines print/copy center operations, hospitality services, and customer‑facing site management. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, production/print experience, and the ability to manage workflows, supplies, and service quality in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily operations of the onsite copy/print center, including printing, binding, and document production.
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for customer requests, issues, and service compliance.
- Provide hospitality services including conference room setup, beverage service, and cafeteria stocking.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipping services.
- Operate copiers, printers, mail machines, and related office equipment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate conference rooms and manage basic A/V equipment resources.
- Train staff and end users on workflow processes and machine operations.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of all work requests.
- Create and complete work orders, reports, and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Monitor payroll time entries and ensure timekeeping accuracy.
- Assist with minor office moves, vendor coordination, and facility‑related issue reporting.
- Track service levels, deadlines, and compliance with operational standards.
- Support shift efficiency, cost control, and material usage.
- Maintain a professional, customer‑focused environment and positive working relationships.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related field (print services, site operations, facilities, or office services).
- Experience operating advanced office equipment (copiers, printers, mail machines).
- Experience delivering training (formal or informal).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and hold team members accountable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable walking throughout the facility and performing minor lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Professional office setting.
- Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and light lifting.
- Frequent interaction with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Parking is not reimbursed.
- No driving required.
- This is a hands‑on, onsite role requiring strong attention to detail and service excellence.
