The Deer Creek District Library is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team. This part-time position involves public service, circulation duties, and general library support.
Pay: $15.00/hour
Duties include:
- Assisting patrons at the service desk
- Checking materials in and out
- Issuing library cards and maintaining records
- Shelving materials and maintaining displays
- Assisting with basic technology and library programs
- Opening and closing the library
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of public-facing work experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Benefits:
Paid time off (1 hour for every 40 hours worked after 90 days) and paid holidays.
