Our client is a leading private equity–backed healthcare company seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Administrative Business Associate. This Chicago-based role will provide direct support to senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations across the organization.
This position is ideal for an early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in discretion, precision, and polished execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and executive logistics for senior leadership
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Prepare and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Serve as a central point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners
- Maintain organized documentation and assist with office coordination
- Support ad hoc administrative projects and special initiatives as needed
- Ensure timely follow-through on requests and tasks from leadership
- 1–3 years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination, or operations in a professional environment
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional presence with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests with discretion
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders
- Motivated to grow into broader administrative or operations responsibilities over time
