Commercial Finance Legal Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with document revisions and transaction closings
• Prepare and organize final closing documents and closing sets
• Support high-end commercial finance transactions
• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• 3+ years of legal assistant or paralegal experience (commercial, corporate, or bankruptcy preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; tech‑savvy with interest in new legal tech/AI tools

• Hybrid role with only 1 required in‑office day per week
