Education Division Clerical - Summer Student Employment

Summary

This position is accountable for supporting the Education Division staff with clerical and administrative tasks. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Perform clerical tasks such as printing, scanning, creating/revising excel spreadsheets and other documents.

* You will work with the Education Division Staff on various projects and events.

* Correspond via telephone and email with students, faculty, and PreK-12 school personnel.

* Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY

Must be Federal Work Study Eligible

Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter

* Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task.

* Shows professionalism as appropriate for an office environment; strong interpersonal sills and ability to show hospitality to others.

* Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Hours:

Student will be scheduled during the hours of 8:30am to 3:00pm, based on student's needs.
