Job SummaryTYLin is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Chicago team this summer. This role offers hands‑on experience supporting marketing and business development initiatives through data management, reporting, and the creation of materials that drive client engagement.
Responsibilities- Maintain and organize marketing data within Open Asset, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Perform data entry, cleansing, and validation to support proposals, pursuits, and business‑development tracking.
- Generate reports and summaries to demonstrate workload and progress.
- Maintain and update standard marketing materials and templates for team use leveraging SharePoint systems and ChatGPT tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve data integrity, workflows, and system processes.
- Assist with brand consistency by reviewing materials for alignment with corporate standards.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior.
- Commitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvement.
- Proficient use of SharePoint, data platforms, and ChatGPT.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in CRM systems, marketing operations, and data management.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of this commitment, we offer a base compensation range of $20 to $30 per hour. Each candidate’s offer will reflect their unique set of skills, experience, education, and competencies.
