Overview
A well-established consulting firm in downtown Chicago is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a team of senior Executives. This hybrid opportunity is perfect for a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing both executive support responsibilities and project coordination efforts, with only 2 days onsite each week. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
During the temporary period, the hourly rate is $30–$35. Upon permanent conversion, the position offers an annual salary of $85K–$93K, in addition to a lucrative compensation package that includes bonus opportunities and paid overtime.
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee shifting priorities to ensure seamless daily operations
- Act as a liaison between Clients, Executives, and internal stakeholders while maintaining clear and professional communication
- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and scheduling logistics
- Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Process expense reports, track reimbursements, and assist with invoice and documentation management
- Organize meeting logistics, prepare materials, manage follow-up action items, and support ongoing project coordination efforts
- Provide additional administrative, operational, and project support within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive-level support to senior leadership teams
- Strong proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Excellent attention to detail along with strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing demands with a high level of professionalism
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and resourceful with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment
