This opportunity is for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
Our Lady of Guadalupe School a faith-filled Catholic school community, is seeking a reliable and welcoming Part-Time Food Server to assist with daily breakfast and lunch service. The ideal candidate will support a positive, respectful environment for students while ensuring meals are served safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Communication
- Greet and assist students, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general inquiries
- Coordinate communication between administration, faculty, and families
Administrative Support
- Provide direct support to the principal and leadership team
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and school communications
Student & Family Services
- Maintain student records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with attendance tracking and reporting
- Support enrollment, registration, and onboarding processes
Office Management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure organization of systems
- Coordinate mailings, newsletters, and school-wide communications
Financial & Data Tasks (as needed)
- Assist with tuition processing, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping
- Maintain databases and student information systems
- Support budget tracking or purchasing processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous administrative or school office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

This position has a salary of $18.00 to $23.00 per hour. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
