Responsibilities

  • Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using sound judgment.
  • Check in candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
  • Proctor and invigilate candidates during testing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with internal support teams.
  • Complete light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has completed their exam.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Schedule Requirements
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts Monday through Saturday between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
  • Ability to work at least 2 Saturdays per month.
  • Occasional Sunday shifts may be required, though they are infrequent.
  • Must be open to flexible scheduling.
  • This is a strictly part‑time position, scheduled for 5–19 hours per week, with the expectation to work additional hours if needed.
  • Schedules are provided at least 2 weeks in advance.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
  • Must be flexible with work hours and days.
  • Beginner to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and lift to 20 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.
  • Comfortable working in a quiet testing environment, with the ability to pay attention to detail.
