Job Overview
Go above and beyond managing calendars and screening calls. Provide specialized support to Vice President and other leadership team members within Account Services, Customer Success Management, Adoption Services, and Technical Account Management. Organize schedules, assist with travel arrangements, prepare for commitments, and handle logistical tasks so leaders can focus on priority work.
Responsibilities- Calendar Management – schedule meetings and appointments while optimizing leaders’ time.
- Meeting Operational Ownership – prepare agendas, gather materials, coordinate logistics, and take minutes.
- Document Preparation – draft correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and appropriate formatting.
- Maintain Confidential Information – handle sensitive information with discretion and strict confidentiality.
- Professional Relationship Builder – represent the Account Services leadership team in all actions and nurture relationships throughout the organization.
- Strong Work Ethic – collaborate and complete work quickly and efficiently.
- Receptive to Feedback – seek help and feedback when needed and adapt to advice received.
- Anticipating Leadership Needs – proactively identify and address executive expectations and needs.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, book travel plans, and complete expense reports.
- Manage annual planning calendar and create look‑ahead calendars for review.
- Comfortable with Change & Ambiguity – work confidently amid constant change and ambiguity.
- Proven go‑getter with demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments.
- 4+ years supporting executive leaders; technology industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of or interest in the technology industry preferred.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives. The expected salary range is $58,000 to $88,000, with the final offer based on experience, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
