Executive Assistant

A highly regarded and fast-growing real estate firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives on organization, anticipates needs, and operates with a high level of discretion. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner closely with executive leadership and play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple senior executives Prepare daily briefing materials and ensure executives are aligned on priorities Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries Serve as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders Organize and coordinate meetings, including conference room logistics and materials Assist with expense reporting and tracking reimbursements Maintain organized files, records, and contact databases Support ad hoc projects and presentations using Microsoft Office tools Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of leadership Qualifications 4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and ability to interact across all levels of an organization Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask, reprioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information Bachelor's degree preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
