Location: Chicago, IL
Job Type: Permanent (Part-Time 24‑hour work week, Monday–Thursday)
Pay: $31.25 - $32.45 per hour

- Serve as the face of the office—greet clients, guests, and vendors
- Answer and screen calls, manage the daily office calendar
- Coordinate and prep meetings, conference rooms, materials, and catering
- Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply management
- Track and organize expenses in Quick Books and support monthly closeouts
- Coordinate logistics for leadership (scheduling, travel, transportation)
- Partner with vendors for presentations and studio updates
- Support onboarding of new employees and general office operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- ~2–3 + years of experience (flexible for the right fit)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional, polished, and client‑facing presence
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, creative environment
- Experience in a design firm or creative studio is a strong plus
- Someone adaptable, proactive, and eager to grow within the role
