What You'll Do Event Coordination & Execution Support the planning and execution of internal and external sales events Assist with team meetings, customer events, and regional programs Coordinate logistics, timelines, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful event delivery Provide onsite event support as needed Sponsorship Management Assist with sponsorship requests and approvals Coordinate ticket allocations and attendee logistics Support sponsorship-related marketing and advertising deliverables Track sponsorship commitments and event deliverables Budget & Administrative Support Assist with expense tracking, reconciliation, and documentation Support audit requests and reporting needs Partner with finance and procurement teams as necessary Maintain inventory of office supplies and event materials Operational Support Manage and maintain team sales calendars Coordinate meetings and scheduling across multiple stakeholders Gather project updates and cross-functional information Draft team communications, updates, and meeting materials Maintain trackers, reporting tools, and documentation Qualifications Previous experience supporting events, marketing programs, administrative operations, or project coordination Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with event management platforms such as Cvent, Stova, Event Airs, or similar tools preferred Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after onboarding Compensation & Benefits
Hours:
20 hours per week
Schedule:
Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) after 60 days, plus applicable PTO and sick leave per state/local law Pay Range: $30-35 per hour (W2) The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate;
